There are some terrific views of downtown as this is house is extremely close to Downtown Providence and is only a 2 minute walk to the Dunkin Donuts Center. There is off street parking and laundry on site in the basement. The owner will allow a cat and possibly a small dog under 25 lbs but no large dogs. From this location you can walk to multiple restaurants, gyms boutique shopping and everything that Federal Hill has to offer. Act fast as this won't last.
